Our Story

The Leyland Arms has stood at the heart of Llanelidan for centuries. Dating back to the 14th century, this Grade II* listed building was once a working farm on the Naylor-Leyland estate and has long served as a gathering place for the village. Over the years, it has evolved into a traditional country inn — still full of charm, character, and original features. Today, The Leyland Arms remains a welcoming spot for locals and visitors alike, offering hearty food, cosy accommodation, and a chance to slow down and enjoy the peace and heritage of the North Wales countryside.
